PCA Christian Education and Publications (CE&P) is committed to protect the personal information of its constituents and has implemented all the customary safeguards to protect such.  CE&P will not sell, rent, give or otherwise provide that personal data (including e-mail address) to anyone outside of the Presbyterian Church in America.

 

Security

PCA Christian Education and Publications uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to obtain your personal information in a secure environment.  PCA Christian Education and Publications helps protect your information by working with partners that provide a secure and safe environment for credit card transactions.

 

Refund Policy for Event Cancellations

 

·          All registrations are transferable without penalty.

·          In order to receive a refund, cancellations must be submitted in writing/email at least six weeks prior to the event.  Refunds will be subject to a $25 processing/transaction fee; and will be granted in the original form of payment received. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving written request. 

The following exceptions do apply:

o         In the case of sickness or death in the immediate family, CE&P will make exception and issue a full refund (less a $35 commitment fee), if notified prior to the event. Qualifying sicknesses include such things for which a doctor would validate travel is restricted or cases where the registrant is the sole caregiver of the infirmed.

o         In the case of inclement weather (such that roads are closed or airlines grounded) a refund will be issued (less a $35 commitment fee), if notified prior to the event.

·          Upon cancellation, a person may choose to use their registration fee as a tax-deductible donation to a CE&P scholarship fund. (A scholarship fund specifically designed to offer financial assistance enabling more people to attend CE&P training & conferences). If a person would like to donate to this fund, their registration fee would be reclassified as a donation, and they would receive a receipt for their tax-deductible gift.

 

Transaction Processing

Donations and Conference Registrations will be authorized and charged to your credit card within three days of submission via the website.  The donor or registrant will receive an email confirmation when the transaction takes place.
